This is the Panasonic ES8109S model and it is really good value for you. Of course you can wet your face and shave, as well as leave it dry and shave. They're both perfectly acceptable. The thing about this is that it moves the blades quite fast and you get a nice clean shave. It comes with its own cleaning dock and charger, so you just place it in the dock and tomorrow you'll have a charged shaver and one that is clean too.
